Why aliens haven’t landed yet?
Yahyel of Grk Fitneer has been elected by the positive galactic forces to do the first open contact and they are being supervised by Arcturians. So far Arcturians turn down the proposals of Yahyel mainly because these are impractical.
Biggest problem is that open contact is predicted to cause a great meltdown of everything, including governments. They are not capable of providing help to masses of people, and they want us to survive, so they delay. They offer our governments to start open contact and the governments refuse too for same reason: self-preservation.
Nonetheless, the last plan by Disdoo of Yahyel which was turned down was to start the open contact at the end of 2015.

Why do we need a government that is not serving us and the earth anymore? It is even better we just surviving with our own.

I saw the fall of the Soviet Union. It was a gradual meltdown, the government and state were never fully closed. It was a major trouble for most of the population. My parents became sick and died prematurely soon after. I am hoping to avoid or at least soften the global socioeconomic collapse.

My understanding of latest plans (which have not been approved yet) is as follows:
in the end of 2014 they start open contact which will essentially be hands-off. They will let humans digest and understand the information about the aliens, but the interactions will be small. Then in 2027, El plans to create a major socioeconomic meltdown after which the banks will still exist but something else will replace the money system and aliens will be involved. My understanding is that aliens intend to be involved at rescue works upon the socioeconomic meltdown but not in helping human economy until then, since helping human economy will just delay the meltdown.
The aliens also are and will continue to prevent major disasters such as magnetic axis shift.
The planned dates are subject to change, they are estimates and in recent past moved few times. There are few important components on which I can not get the answer. For example what will replace the money?
The ascension is already happening. After 2017 meltdown, about only 50% of our 7 billions are predicted to survive, only because many are already at the level of poverty. It is our task to help more humans to make it. The physiology will remain the same. Nothing will radically change in our physicality except that a tiny percent of humans , about 0.1% of survived 3.5 or so billion will be awakened.
That is about all I know so far and I wish to know much more.
