Cloudy organizational structure

I know it comes up a bit confusing, so let me explain: I am trying to move away from hierarchical structure,

We are evolving away from a rigid hierarchical structure image

to a more cloud-like structure. So this is how I see Hucolo organization

You see, the clouds overlap in functions and in people. It is much more flexible and suitable to what we do. Not all have to be elected, I see elections as a way to create an organizing committee which will represent the Earth to the Galaxy, the elected people will be galactic ambassadors, endorsed by the site members.

Working Teams will do the work: glue people together, create videos, improve the community, serve in many ways.

A small Council of committed members who work well together is now forming to manage the works, it will be our Council = management = administration. Keep in mind that as the  new members join the structure will evolve.

  2. Love It, I think the Council & Organizing Committee will adjust numbers slightly as time moves on based on organic growth to meet the most effective positions matching to what each individual brings from their personal background of knowledge/resources.
